JOSEPHINE PESTANA -formerly STARGON BENGALS Cattery - josiepussycats@optusnet.com.au

Wildkatt Cattery is a well known cattery which has a clean and pleasant environment. It has 1 Acre of lovely grounds.
Tracie, the owner, has Top Quality Bengals and Snow Leopards and only breeds good, clean, quality kittens, which I previously owned from her.
I have had no problems with their health.
They are friendly, very affectionate, playful kittens and cats.
The Bengals got along well with my German Shepherd and were very good with the children - I have five children! I would say they were "child proof ".
They also loved to join in with the dishes, washing the clothes and even in the shower -the Bengals loved the water.
So if you like Bengals or Snow Leopards - then see Tracie's.
THANKYOU TRACIE, FOR EVERYTHING....
JOSEPHINE PESTANA.

Thanks Tracie for Savanna Rose!
She has got to be the most playful cat I have ever seen in my life!
She LOVES our 3 children and the more noise the merrier.
I am so happy to have found a Bengal Breeder who is so concerned about wild type, good character and health.
Savanna certainly has all three. Thanks heaps for the opportunity to own such an asset to our family life.
All the best in your breeding.

MARTIN PICKERING - 'the cheeky husband'

Hey Tracie,
Thanks for the kat, its a real pest, it uses me like a piece of furniture as it bounces around the room.
But the kids seem to like it. My wife loves it.....
I appreciate your honesty and attention to details, assistance with cat breeding and heath info and overall followup and support.

PATSY SOMERHAYES (retired NZ Ocicat breeder) - EMAIL : patsys@tsn.cc

Hi Tracie,
An update on Dixie, - she is very long and sleek, confirming well to the standard you're aiming for.Her coat has spots and rosettes and tons of glitter. Her eyes are green, round and very expressive. The two cats get on well together. I have netted in the side verandah and thats looking good and its a huge semi outside run for them.
Your place is the ideal set up with such large airy runs for the cats in a picturesque situation. They are all so happy and healthy and are a credit to you. I will call u next time I'm in town and have a look at the new babies if thats ok? people who have seen Dixie are amazed she is so different to a "moggie". One said "I can tell she's no ordinary cat." She's definitely got the wildcat look.
Anyway Tracey, all the best with your breeding programme, I am really pleased with Dixie and have recommended you to those who are impressed by her. my sis will email u the latest pics and vid.
Cheers,
Patsy Somerhayes.

JANE PARKES

I have no reservations in recommending Wildkatt cattery.
Tracie's kittens are happy, healthy and totally well adjusted because they are NOT raised in cages or backrooms , but in the heart of her home , underfoot and on the bed.
During the vital 5-8 weeks socialisation period they are saturated in attention, love and affection.
Her combination of beautiful outdoor runs in an exquisite garden; and play and affection living free to explore in her house; is the ideal situation for achieving the best outcomes for physical, social and emotional development in kittens.
I have been a cat lover and owner for 41 years (6 as a breeder of Siamese) and can only take my hat off to Tracie for her dedication and commitment to raising healthy, happy kittens that can reach their full potential as human companions.
Her Bengal kittens are totally adorable!

Hi Tracie,

Chichee is doing very well, he's happy and healthy and we absolutely adore him.
When he's not racing round like a mad thing with a raccoon tail he's snuggled up with us purring like motorbike and inviting us to pat his spotted tummy - life is never dull!
He's just gorgeous and a real character, we are very lucky to have such a lovely little man.
Thanks for such a great kitten, your advice and all the photos during the long wait for his arrival.

Cheers,
Kath and Pete

CARLA SOLLAZZO OF JAHNAMIR BENGALS- 0409925485, email : csollazz@bigpond.net.au

(please note this is 'tongue in cheek'!)

I have visited Tracie's cattery a couple of times, seen her wild jungle cats, and other than the fact that it has cost me a few minor flesh wounds,
her cats are the most beautiful creatures I've seen in this life.
Her king stud Shaka was a little scary at first sight, and on the entering of his pen I was sure to count my legs before and after, but all turned out well.
If that wasn't enough, I chose to buy three beautiful breeding kittens from Tracie.
This is where my life changed. What little sleep I did get is now down to none at all.
My private bathtime has now become invaded by these little beasts, my ankles have become quite a scratching post, and if I don't feed them quick enough- watch out!
Other than that, I wouldn't trade them for the world.
They are the most entertaining pets, they are very clean, smart, and they come from a very loving home. For me it was money well spent.

Thankyou Tracie for the joy you brought into my home.
Your mate Carla
and the two house wreckers; Jasmin and Jestah -and now also Leilani!

ELIZABETH MAJOR

Thanks so much, Tracie for bringing this little Bundle of Joy into our lives. He has made our little family so happy and we are so bloody in love with him!
He makes us want to stay home all the time and be with him!
Thank you, my operation went fine! Bundy managed to make any pain I experienced just vanish!
He seems very happy in our home, he is at home by himself today for longer than a couple of hours! I have only been at work for an hour and I miss him!!!
Thank you again!

The kittens markings are coming up beautifully, he really looks wild! And his personality is just so different from other cats.
All our friends say he is the “coolest cat” they have ever met. He plays fetch, sits on command, and he is so well toilet trained (thanks Tracie!)

Thanks and I will speak to you soon!

BEN GRANGER-HOLCOMBE & SARAH LATHAM

From: Ben Granger-Holcombe
Tracie, so sorry for not being in contact since our lovely little friend arrived....all I can say is THANK YOU! She is beautiful and settling in very, very well. Sarah absolutely loves her! She is eating well, poo-ing extremely well (!) and loving sleeping on our bed while we are out! (and more recently in the bed with Sarah when I am out!!) I have added a couple of photos so you can see how lovely she is coming along!!!! Thanks again for making it a great surprise, I will keep you updated with photos!
Take care
Ben

UPDATE - 1/10/04

Dear Tracie,

Here are some photos....they range in age from most recent (daddy and daughter photo!) to March.
She is such a wonderful cat, I call her the house dog actually as I don't see her as a cat.
She is just what I wanted. She greets me wonderfully when I get home from work, favours me hugely over Sarah but best of all is the way she plays and the intelligence with which she plays.
She has her favourite toy (a small blue spider with no remaining legs!) which she carries around in her mouth.
We play fetch with it but the clever thing is that she will bring it back, dropping it from her mouth and simultaneously smack it with paw so it lands directly in my lap.
It gets better. If Sarah is there too Ellie will take turns, dropping it in my lap then Sarah's so as not to take sides!!

We often travel to the country which is about a 3.5 hr trip and always take Ellie. As soon as Ellie's cage is put on the table she actually jumps up and gets in herself!!!
All I have to do is open the car door and she shoots in too! I know it is naughty but we let her out of the cage in the car and she loves to just look out the back window and walk around !!
In the night she will come up to our room and wake Sarah by licking her cheek, this is to tell sarah to lift the doona so ellie can slide on in!!!

We really love her.
She is such a welcome addition to the family and I thank you so much for everything you did for us Tracie.
From the moment I spoke to you I knew I was getting a quality, well-looked after kitten.
Being a complete novice I appreciate the time you took to go through all the basics with me and get Ellie set for her big journey south to us!

I will continue to email photos as she grows and matures.

Kind regards,
Ben

LIN AND RAY WITH SACHIN Shaka x Tameka male Bengal kitten

Dear Tracie

Well, I think I can safely say we are joined at the hip!! He has also bonded closely with Ray who Sachin is convinced is just the very best games player & he sure loves games.

Sachin is my devoted assistant in everything - I mean everything - I do. We are convinced he was a plumber in a previous life - he just adores staring into drains & waiting for the water to gurgle down - just loves accompanying one to the loo!! We are slowly exploring his new property - he tends to be very careful but we have to watch for kitten enthusiasm. Loves his food & knows exactly what's in the fridge - still wary of fresh fish but now loves sardines.

We are convinced Sachin is highly intelligent - in fact absolutely certain.

After 3 nights he abandoned his hidey night nest & enthusiastically joined us in bed & is as good as gold - we have never had a nightime whimper. Took him a while to realise upstairs & downstairs are all part of his house - now he is a pro. He is also keen to have his own computer!!

Sachin, as you said, has the sweetest nature but is also a boy of very firm opinions - he knows exactly what he wants & exactly how to get it!

Will report again soon - trust all is well with you?

Take care

Lin

Update - the antics of Sachin!

Dear Tracie

I felt I must share this Sachin story with you & assure you that in Sachin you have bred the perfect 'wildcat'!!

This morning I was just saying goodbye to Ray, who was off to work, when Sachin appeared triumphantly before us in the front hall with a 'present' - a foot & a half long brown snake!!!!!

I locked Sachin in the pantry - which made him very angry with me - while Ray dispatched the snake - Sachin was NOT pleased when he emerged from the pantry.
Apart from that he is divinely beautiful & absolutely adored - he does have very definite ideas & is very very determined but then he is a Leo!!

Briefly there is another side to him - last Friday I had to leave home at 6.30 am for the first time since Sachin has been here - Ray said he then threw himself on the lounge in an utter depression until I arrived home at noon!!

Take care
Lin Macara
PS The people next door were a tiny bit startled when Sachin appeared beside their bed at 4 a.m.

K SCHMIDT - 0407 926078

Thankyou Tracie for 'Pandora',
I and the family love her to pieces!
She is so stunning to look at, extremely healthy and strong and incredibly affectionate. She is the best cat that I have ever purchased.
I am really looking forward to taking her to some shows in the near future.
I wish to thankyou for your honesty and help and advice.
I feel very confident in the quality of your breeding and your standards of hygene - your setup is so clean and spacious and your cats are all so beautiful!
I am so glad that I was able to have first choice of your last Siamese litter - thankyou again for that. I am sorry to see you stop with the Siamese breeding - they were so lovely.
However I hope to purchase a beautiful Marble Bengal from you in the future - I must stop visiting your place!
