and if you stay with us for 10 days or more, your apartment will be cleaned mid way through your stay

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, we can only offer you a refund if we’re able to re-let for the entire period of your stay. If we do manage to re-let for the whole time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
