Molybond gearbox and bevel box additive Use 70cc in gearbox and remaining 30cc in bevelbox. Bought in 100cc tubes. Can also be used as an assembly lube, costly though.
Bearing Grease - hi temp use in bearings and general use  
Rubber/Silicon grease for use on electrical components

The answer to messy funnels made of tape: Heat-shrink tubing. It does not leak! You just shrink the end that goes over the sheath, and cut it off later. Lovely.  

I've had cables so dry (from prev owners) that oil won't run through. In this case, CRC or petrol will wet the cable and 'conduct' the oil. You want to let plenty of oil run through though, to flush the thin stuff out.  

And Molly grease on both ends is nice too.
