Pilates

Pilates is beneficial to all people, no matter what age, size or fitness level.
It is a gentle regime, that is regarded as the 'intelligent' exercise. Pilates involves a series
of graduated stretching and strengthening exercises, which when performed correctly,
leave you toned and assists in reducing stress. The secret of Pilates is that it works on the
deep muscles, and teaches the body to become more effective and stronger in holding
everything in place. The result is improved posture with toned muscles without bulking up.
